We provide online design and printing services. Users are responsible for the quality and copyright status of the designs they upload or create using our card maker tool.
Due to the customized nature of printed products, we do not offer cancellations once an order has shifted to "Processing" or "Printed" status. In case of printing errors caused by us, we offer free reprints.
Your privacy is important. We use industry-standard encryption to protect your personal data and handle payment information through secure third-party processors like Razorpay.
We ship nationwide across India. Estimated delivery times are 3-7 business days from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping partners or natural disasters.
